2010 Registration Events a Big Success

A message from Ted Schlick, ZHAA president..,

"I would like to thank everyone who helped make the 2010 ZHAA baseball and softball registration events a huge success. To all who helped during the actual three days of registrations, and to the many others who worked numerous hours behind the scenes, I want to thank you for your hard work.

"I know it was a big change for the organization, but it's something that needed to be done to help properly plan for the upcoming season. We had over 320 boys and girls register over the three days. That's approximately 100 more than at this time last year.

"A BIG THANK YOU goes out to Bill Dawson for all his hard work and dedication...sending emails, redoing the forms, lining up the workers and securing the Rotary sign. Also, a BIG THANKS to Vanessa Collins for her help in registering the volunteers at each of the three events. Last, but not least, a BIG THANK YOU also goes out to Mark Lachendro, ZHAA treasurer, who will put in countless hours tracking registrations and verifying accurate deposits.

"Without volunteers like this, ZHAA would not be the great organization it is today!! Thanks again."
