ZHAA Board Meetings & Membership

Zelienople Harmony Athletic Association membership meetings are usually held on the first and third Sundays of the month at the American Legion Hall at 308 West New Castle Street. From September through December meetings are held once a month. In order to accommodate membership schedules, meeting dates may occassionally change depending on other scheduled community events. Please check are calendar for exact meeting dates.

Meetings usually start at 8:00 p.m. All interested parties are welcome and encouraged to attend, participate and address any issues pertaining to the ZHAA.

Any parent or guardian of a baseball or softball player who has completed registration is considered a full member of the ZHAA. All players 18 years of age and older are also considered members of the association.

Voting:

Any member or sponsor, as defined in ZHAA bylaws, having attended forty percent (40%) of the meetings and/or attended three (3) consecutive meetings starting September 1, shall have one (1) vote pertaining to the election of board members and league issues. Members who are eligible to vote must be in attendance of a sanctioned ZHAA meeting to have his or her vote counted.
