ZHAA Board Meetings & Membership

Zelienople Harmony Athletic Association membership meetings are currently held on the third Sunday of the month. From January through March, meetings will be held twice a month -- on the second and fourth Sunday -- to help facilitate planning for the upcoming season.

In order to accommodate membership schedules, meeting dates may occasionally change depending on other scheduled or conflicting community events. Please check our calendar for exact meeting dates and times.

ZHAA membership meetings are currently held at the Jackson Township Municipal Building located on 140 Magill Road, just off Route 68 near Herb Brittner's Smokehouse. Meetings usually start at 7:00 p.m. All interested parties are welcome and encouraged to attend, participate and address any issues pertaining to the ZHAA.

Any parent or guardian of a baseball or softball player who has completed registration is considered a full member of the ZHAA. All players 18 years of age and older are also considered members of the association.

Voting

Any member or sponsor, as defined in ZHAA bylaws, having attended forty percent (40%) of the meetings and/or attended three (3) consecutive meetings starting September 1, shall have one (1) vote pertaining to the election of board members and league issues. Members who are eligible to vote must be in attendance of a sanctioned ZHAA meeting to have his or her vote counted.
