Meeting Called to Order

ZHAA President called the meeting to order at 9:12-PM and presented the meeting's agenda.

Roll Call

BOD Present: Bill Tretter - President, Bill Dawson - Interim Secretary

BOD Absent: Ted Schlick - VP, Mark Lachendro - Treasurer, Herb Brittner - VP Baseball, Rick Buletko - VP Softball

Quorum attendance not satisfied; only 6 members in attendance.

General Discussion Topics

Faucet at Girls PeeWee field requires repair.

A donation was made to the Zelienople Park Board in the amount of $5400 to be used for Pony League field drainage.

Golf Outing
• Currently 8 4-somes and 2-individuals signed-up.
• Course can handle 80-golfers
• PR will send broadcast email to membership

Corey Bailey (guest) thanked organization for fields and support with his Seneca Valley Senior Project

Discussed master field scheduling for rain make-up opportunities
• SV fields are available to ZHAA after 6-PM

T-Ball was donated money for opening day hot dog for all T-Ball players.

Meeting adjourned at 9:30-PM
